Can a Machine Move You? AI and the Future of Art

Panel 3 · Cross-AI Symposium 2026

About the Panel

Art has always been measured by how it moves us. Can AI create work that does? The panel looks at the technology behind creative AI: models that compose music and generate images and video, systems that respond to performers in real time, robots that perform, and interfaces that turn brain signals into music. How do these systems capture emotion and expression, how can creativity be evaluated, and what new forms of art does the technology make possible?

The panel opens with a short showcase of AI-created music and art.
