The Cross-AI Program

We don’t just bring together, we spark new insights.

Research×Technology

Foundational work and the systems built from it, in the same room. Generative and agentic models, reasoning, multimodal intelligence and the architectures underneath them will now be discussed by the people who study them and the people who ship them at the same time.

All eight topics →

AI×Robotics

Intelligence that has to act in the physical world. Spatial reasoning, embodied AI, perception and action, autonomous machines, and human-robot interaction are all fields where a wrong answer has consequences a benchmark cannot capture.

Topic 2 →

AI×Human Intelligence

Cognitive science, neuroscience, brain-computer interfaces, neurotechnology, human-centered AI, and human augmentation, with a focus on the intersection of biological and artificial intelligence and the ways in which each can inform our understanding of the other.

Topic 3 →

AI×Space

Autonomous spacecraft, space robotics, planetary science and communications. Environments where latency makes remote control impossible and a system has to decide on its own, correctly on the first attempt.

Topic 4 →

AI×Science

AI as an instrument of discovery in medicine and the life sciences and in climate and environmental research, across the physical sciences. The question is not what a model can generate, but what new knowledge it can help a field uncover.

Topic 5 →

AI×Creativity

Arts, design, music, dance, performance, literature, media and architecture. Co-creation rather than generation: new forms of human-AI expression, and the ways cultural heritage can inform the systems working alongside it.

Topic 6 →

AI×Society

Education, economics, public policy and governance, which are domains where deployment decisions outrun the research. Bringing social scientists, policymakers, and the people building the systems together to reason about shared challenges.

Topic 5 →

AI×⟨ yet to be defined ⟩

The ninth slot is empty on purpose. Cross-AI expects intersections that have no name yet, no established venue and no community, and holds a place in the program for them before they arrive.
