Virtual Registration Fees

One registration provides access to the full Cross-AI Symposium 2026, including all workshops.

One Author registration is required and covers up to two accepted submissions.

Archival Author: Required for accepted submissions that will be published and presented and/or showcased. Registration must be completed by the Early Registration deadline.

Non-Archival Author: Required for accepted submissions that will be presented and/or showcased but not published. Registration must be completed by the Early Registration deadline.

Mixed Submission Types: If an Author has accepted submissions of both archival and non-archival types, the Archival Author registration fee applies.

General: Co-authors and other attendees who are not the registered Author.

Fees apply to all sectors, including academia, industry, and students.

Additional submission: $50 per submission beyond the two covered by the Author registration, regardless of whether the submission is archival or non-archival.

Media Hosting: Submitted presentation and demo videos, e-posters, audio, and other approved media will be hosted on the conference platform and made openly accessible for three years. Media hosting and open access are included in the Author registration fee.
