Call for Application Submissions

Share AI systems, deployments, and lessons learned from real-world practice.

The Application Track welcomes work that advances the use of AI in real-world and domain-specific settings, spanning deployed systems, industry applications, and domain-driven AI across healthcare, science, engineering, finance, education, the public sector, and the creative arts. Submissions are encouraged to span the Cross-AI Topics, with authors welcome to select multiple topics or propose additional ones where appropriate.

Given the rapid pace of progress in AI, we welcome contributions at varying stages of development, from early findings and working systems to mature deployments and established case studies. The scope of contributions include:

  • Deployed or piloted AI systems and evaluations of their real-world impact.
  • Domain-specific methods shaped by domain knowledge, data, or practical constraints.
  • Case studies documenting applications, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Tools, platforms, and infrastructure that enable AI in practice.
  • Evaluations under real-world constraints, including reliability, safety, cost, scale, and human factors.
  • Analyses of implementation challenges, including failures and unexpected outcomes.

We especially welcome contributions from practitioners and cross-sector teams connecting technical expertise with domain knowledge.
