Cross-Disciplinary Sessions are designed specifically to connect perspectives that rarely meet within traditional conferences.
Where a conventional track gathers people who already share a vocabulary, a Cross-Disciplinary Session gathers people who do not — and makes the translation between them the point of the session rather than an obstacle to it.
Relationship to the topics
A session may sit within one of the eight Cross-AI Topics or deliberately across several. Sessions that open an intersection with no established field belong to Topic 08 — New Cross-Disciplinary & Emerging AI.
